Hi guys I just have a question, my mother just received her Permanent Resident Card in Canada she stayed there for 6 months and go back to the Philippines. She applied for a tourist visa in the Philippines and was granted a 10 year multiple tourist visa. She will be going to the USA by next month and will stay there for 6 months and go back to Canada. I am a US citizen. Now my question is I want to apply her as permanent resident in the USA when she goes back to Canada, would that be possible? Can I apply her as permanent resident in the USA while she is currently a permanent resident of Canada? Does my mom needs to give up her permanent resident in Canada before I could apply her as permanent resident in the USA? Your answers will be greatly appreciated. :)
