Permanent Resident Card

Hello Everyone,

I have landed in to Canada on July 23, 2018 as a permanent resident as my husband has sponsored me. Well how many days will take to get PR Card. Because we have already booked the flight tickets on Aug 09, 2018 plan to go back to my country to do some urgent work. Please answer my question at the earliest and your answer is very much appreciated.

Already answered in your other post, you will need to either get a PRTD when back in your home country or if you have a US visa come back via the US land border. If you have a friend or relatives address for the card then they can mail or courier it to you but don’t expect that to be until maybe mid September.

While I am are applying for PRTD. There is any Residency Obligation that an applicant should meet the requirements. Please answer this. Your reply is much more appreciated.

If you have been a permanent resident for less than 1095 days, you cannot fail to meet the Residency Obligations ..
