permanent resident card

hello guys. my boyfriend applay for permanent res. in january 5..and everything goes ok for now...but when he get his permanent resident card can he travel to his homecountry....actually...he would not go in bosnia his home c.............but in croatia to meet with me...but he was enter canada as refugee on croatian passport...////he has dual citisn...croat-bosnian///////////..so wwhat you think can he do that and still go back in canada after 6-8 days,..............

If he claimed refugee status by saying his life was in danger in Croatia, he can not go back to there(until such a time when he becomes a Canadian citizen). If he does and his passport is stamped there, he will be in serious trouble when he tries to enter Canada and can be deported. So it's better for you guys to meet in another country.
