I got my PR while already in Canada, during the time waiting I got married and didn’t know I was meant to inform ircc ..now I was reading on spousal sponsorship and seeing I was meant to inform ircc.. is there anything I can do

Almost certainly there is nothing you can do. Can you confirm how you got PR and through which program? Can your spouse qualify for PR on their own through an immigration program like Express Entry?

I got it through express entry
In that case there's really going to be nothing you can do. Since you failed to declare your spouse before becoming a PR, they can never be sponsored. Your spouse should focus on qualifying and applying for PR on their own through Express Entry or PNP.
