Hi,

We've here in Canada since 2010 under working permit. My SINP was processed one year after we arrived and we finally received our permanent residency on April this year. I'm currently living and working in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. I received an offer from Alberta province. My questions are:
- Am I allowed to work in other provinces after I received our permanent residency?
- Is there any concern or issue in taxes if I still live in Saskatchewan and work to other provinces?

Your help will be highly appreciated.

Regards,
NEil

As a PR you have the right to live and work in any province. As long you had the intention to settle in SK when you applied and when you landed, nobody can fault you for leaving later on. It would be different if you never intended to settle in SK because then they could accuse you of misrepresentation.
