My wife had misplaced her degree certificate a few months ago and in the fear that we lost it, she had applied for Duplicate Degree Certificate.
She received the duplicate degree certificate and we did her WES evaluation on the duplicate degree. It all went good and a few days back we found her old degree back.
Now, the dilemma that we have is should we describe this situation in LOE for permanent residence application?
We are thinking to write an LOE describing the situation along with original and duplicate degree as well as transcripts.
Any guidance would be appreciated.
