Hi There, I want to ask for Pakistani Post Secondary Student in Toronto About PR. Does course of study matters after 1095 days in Canada to apply for PR? I mean if i complete my course of study then i will be able to apply for PR? or i just have to pass 1095 days in Canada legally to apply for PR or i have to clear my course too ?

I don't know where you got the idea that you can apply for PR after 1095 days in Canada. There is no such immigration class.

There are certain immigration classes you can aim to qualify under, for example, you could do a 2 year course, graduate, get a post-grad work permit after that and after 1 year of skilled work, you can apply for PR under Canadian experience class.

You can also look into the provincial nominee program in the province where you study.

The PNP in Ontario has a special immigration class for Masters and PhD students, you could look into that too.
