Everyone I need all help i can get, am willing to apply but i don't know which one to go for either federal or other application, am from Nigeria, married with 3 kids and with 7years experience in telco, oil & gas (operations & mgt).

Read about the different immigration classes and then apply under something you qualify for. For example, for some you need a job offer and if you don't have one, you can already exclude those. If you find more than one immigration class you qualify under, you can apply under both of them at the same time.
