1) Hi, I applied for my wife spouse visa in may 2023 via PR Residence Portal. I’m trying to login into the account but it shows incorrect id or password even after resetting the password. Anyone having same issues?
2) Also, we got an email yesterday from IRCC saying “ we received your paper application submitted on 17-May-23. Please link it to the online account’ using GCkey login. However we applied online through PR portal and even biometric has happened. We are tracking application from the application status tracker. I tried setting up GCkey account and link the application however it shows no application found.
