I received letter stating "Permanent Residence in Canada is now complete". I m supposed to send COPR with photo to one address. I applied from within Canada but traveled to my home country, so that I can do landing but got stuck.
Question: Can I send docs from outside Canada , if yes my PR card will be delivered to my address in Canada. What should be further process?
