Permanent residence in 2007, India

I applied for permanent residence in 2007...
Till January 2013 it was showing that application is "In Process" after few days instead of "In Process" it started showing as decision made. And now it just showing blank. nothing was written there..
Today I tried to check my application status but it showed me nothing...

I haven't received any communication mail from the immigration till now. Please friend's I am afraid that they might have rejected my PR application. What could be the reason?

It is unlikely that they would refuse your application, without first contacting you for more information or an interview. It's probably a good decision! I would maybe contact the visa office in question though to ask for a clarification.
