Permanent Residence Confirmation Portal First email

Hi guys ,
I got the first confirmation email stating to reply my whereabouts but the pdf doesn’t consist of any kind of email .
it says:-
Reply to this letter by email at INSERT LOCAL EMAIL ADDRESS and confirm
the email address you want to use. Please add in the subject line your
application number and the word “Online”
And to which email address should I mail ?
Do I have to contact the ircc officer ?

I replied to the very email and called the ircc where they told me to do the same.
I got the second email today. After 14 days.
