My dear ,, i want to share my timeline and problems during process
I need to help someone I'm very sad
We summit our application to CHC Islamabad
In 2006 i dont know what they did we were
Thinking they r processing but they didnot
In 2011 we wrote a letter chc isb
Then they said we lost ur file etc anyway they
Start process we do medical rprf paid in 2013
Now our medical is expired in our case status is
We received ur application in 2011 but they consider
Their fault now no updates what we do our all
Planes r going to hell plz somebody help us

I think for anyone to be able to give you any advice you will need to provide a little more information. The very minimum being who you are sponsoring(Spouse, parents....?)

None of us can tell you what is happening with your file. You should request the GCMS notes for your application. These notes will provide more information.

Finally chc islamabad replied they said we r reviewing ur application it is still underprocess is that good sign for us or what can some one help me. .

If you got a reply saying they are reviewing, and did not ask anything else or say anything is wrong, its a good sign

Our lawyer said to my brother ur family have to take patient and have to still dependent and chc islamabad replied we r reviewing n waiting for backgrounds

How long they will take to check backgrounds ??

Smart Boy.... I just want to tell you the staff sitting in CHC Isb are bull shits. They lost also my docs as well, even I now one more person who's docs also lost by CHC Isb. And now I am trying to go in Court in Canada and I want some more peoples who's docs lost by CHC isb. you can contact me in my inbox.

They said we r waiting for back ground checks when they receive then they will process and if they didn't answer we will be go in court IN SHA ALLAH..

CIC misplace docs a lot. They lost ours as well.

I don't think you have case since they state that they are not responsible for lost docs. Furthermore, you will probably have a good long fight on your hands.

Is it worth it ? ???
