Here are my concerns regarding the application process which I am doing from Canada for my parents and sister to visit from Philippines with non super visas:

1. "Did your representative (me) give you a submission letter?", What needs to be in the submission letter?

2. Is an iphone permitted to scan all documents?

3. The application process asks for travel itinerary, is this a requirement since no visas issued yet?

4. Banks in the Philippines have issued 3 months not 6 months, of banking information as per their policy. Is this acceptable?

5. How to write "a letter from the person providing you with money?"

6. You must scan all proof of funds documents and save as one file -- should this all be saved as one page or can I save multiple files in one folder?

7. Seeing that I'm a female permanent resident in Canada can I register using one account to apply for all 3 family visitor visas online?

Thanks,
Sarah ;D

Where was this requirement?

Phones don't scan, they take pictures (some of them). As long as the digital picture is legible it can be used.

yes

Three months is usually ok if there is no specific indication stating otherwise.

You can always ask for as many months as needed in any bank institution around the world. Usually they charge for it. Ask your bank.

Simple, straight forward letter that explains the nature of the money. Back it up with evidence (bank statements, receipts, paystubs, etc.)

One file

If the Philippines has this service then yes. It doesn't matter that you are a PR, female or any other thing. What matters is where the TRV will be processed which is typically in their country of residence. Do some research on where the TRV is going to be processed.
