I heard that a job offer letter is required to support the positive LMIA I’ve got. I also heard it needs to clearly mention “permanent, full-time and non-seasonal”. I did some research and I could not find if it is necessary all those magic words. For example, my job offer states:
Dear XXXX, I am please to offer a permanent, full-time employment as a Physiotherapist (NOC XXXX) bla bla bla”
Would it be a problem not to have the “non-seasonal” aspect mentioned? My LMIA (Annex A) clearly mentions “Duration of Employment: Indeterminate/Permanent”.
Also, if someone can help me with the following? Which requirements from the LMIA do I have to prove to CIC? Only the ones stated in the Annex A?
