Hi guys, any of you may know what the considerations are for the Immigration Officer to accept a period of unavailability? My citizenship application was received on June 12, email correspondence acknowledging receipt of my application, and a study book on August 21, and started processing my application on October 1. I will be outside Canada for family reasons from Dec 19 till March 01 next year but I am still waiting for test invitation. I was told I need to send a letter to the Process Center letting them know my period of absence, but they could reject the reasons and I am not sure how it can affect my citizenship application. Any experience on this please?
