Hi guys!

What do you think is a reasonable number of pages of an SOP addressing the refusal reasons included.

Thanks.

Visa officers have hundreds of applications to look over and only have a few minutes to decide on your file. So keep your SOP as short as possible. Write the SOP in a natural language without any deliberate complexity.

In terms of your refusal, simply address the concerns of previous VO for the reasons they provided. For instance, if they think that you don’t have a clear purpose of visit then structure your SOP in a way that will clarify to the VO that your intent is to temporarily study in Canada.

Good luck.

There's no perfect no. of pages but it's best to keep as short and concise as possible. I had quite a LOT to say as I have a bit of a long history and was travelling with family so my SOP was 2 and 1/4 pages long. Could have fit it into 2 pages if I used slightly smaller font/size .

I’ll keep that in mind. After two refusals it’s kind of scary to leave out anything or explain in short wondering what if they wanted more. But I’ll try to keep as direct as possible. Thanks.

Thank you I will do that! It’s kind of becoming a bit long given they gave me 3 reasons to address and I have to explain my situation which is kind of complicated. But I’ll try to keep as concise as possible.
