PER NOC 2133 Applicants, Need Your Help

I wanna ask if there is any applicant in NOC 2133 who is doing digital ic design successfully got PER recently.

My work experience fits 2174 and 2147, and since 2174 is expected to be full at this moment, I would like to know if anyone of you are also doing digital circuit design but applied for 2133 this year.

i have been reading many posts on this forum and they were very useful. my big thanks to everyone for sharing your experiences..

my application reached on 11 dec 2014( NOC 2133 )
i have the few questions, i just have 1yr experience in NOC 2133. and have 8yr in NOC 2174. but as the cap for 2174 is closed, i have decided to apply under 2133.

1. is this acceptable? (as the requirement needed by CIC is 1yr exp in last 10yrs)
2. will my app falls in the CAP?
3. as a principal applicant I do not have my birth certificate. but i have enclosed NABC from city corporation and an affidavit for the same and secondary school certificate as proof of birth date.. is this OK??

pls advice.

Im also 2133 december 4th applicant , i havent got any email from cic about cap, do cic return documents by courier or normal registry mail?
