Hey everyone,

When a person receives their PER, does that mean they are basically accepted? I realize they could fail the medical, or fail an interview, but for all intents and purposes, does PER mean that they will likely get in?

Thanks.

yes. unless your luck is not in your favor. the reasons could be u fail the verification process and MR interview etc that u mentioned.

CIC only assess your application eligibility against ministireal Instructions that includes points calculation, forms and documentation completion and payment. Once your receive PER, then real story begins at visa office where your file is transferred and it is there, where your application is processed in detail...

So has anyone been rejected visa despite getting PER and having normal MR and background checks?

Should we keep our hopes high of immirgration if we get a PER or not?
