PEQ ( Programme de l’expérience québécoise ) language requirement

Hey fellow friends ,
do you guys know if Quebec would need your original french certificate ? or a certified copy of it is also sufficient ?
I have found two descrepent info on their website , ( on the supporting document section it states that the certified copy is also ok ) , while on the form it says they need an original :-\ :-\

has anyone just submitted a copy of their French test ? ( specifically DELF certificate ? )

Hi, I want to apply to CSQ by PEQ (Québec Graduate), I've just finished two-years master program from French Language university in Montreal but I don't have any French language certification.
they have written " If you did your study program entirely in French in Québec and submit the diploma and academic transcripts to prove this, you automatically satisfy this requirement."

but in its above paragraph they say :
" You will be exempt from presenting an attestation of a standardized test if you provide one of the following documents:

a complete academic transcript attesting to the successful completion of at least three years of secondary or post-secondary study in French pursued full time in Québec or abroad; "

I don't know if I'm eligible to apply or not.
