is csdm.qc.ca certification of french levels(0-6) recognized by quebec govt under PEQ?

is it mandatory to complete TEFAQ certification for PEQ?

i am applying for CSQ under PEQ category to ensure my chances will be better.

If your certificate come in below you are ok

TEFAQ not mandatory but I know someone who do course from school board like you and
was called for interview. As his french was not good according to officer he was asked to provide
tefaq or tcf result in 90 days. so it is always better to be prepared for exam and qualify as b2.
