Pending work permit application

I applied for a work permit for a new employer and it will take 50 days as per CIC website , but my current work permit expires September 02. Should I pass my inland sponsorship right now or will it affect my work permit application (with lmo) . please advise. thank you

By "inland sponsorship" I'm assuming you mean "in the family class" right? It won't affect your work permit application.
