Pending Salary, Please Help!!

Sorry for asking again, but I’m quite worried.

My salary is currently pending for last five months. After reading a lot of threads here, I have seen that several members have advised to attach salary slips or account statements showing salary deposits to prove work experience.

So I want to ask if I upload a reference letter as per requirement having all details of salary and other things + ITRs + Form 16, would that be enough?

Or will I be asked to provide salary slips or account statements showing salary deposits? What can I do in that case? I don’t have these as salary has not been credited for five months. Recent salary slips and deposits not present.

I’m a government employee and salary is pending due to non release of funds by government.

Anyone got PR or Eligibility Met without salary slips, account statements, please help.

If your reference letter has all the information needed they might not ask for paystubs. Anyways you can submit only what you have so upload the tax forms and joining letter and other relevant docs.

Salary slips are not mandatory. If your letter clearly states salary information that should be good enough.

If your reference letter has salary information, salary slips can be ignored.
