Hi all,
I have filed for my divorce and case is pending in court.. Meanwhile I am trying to apply for EE. Now my question is, If I select married and spouse not accompanying, will it be enough? Or will I need any documents for spouse?
Cos I don't have any.. And he wont provide me.
Also, could this be a cause for rejection? I mean, can they ask me at a final stage to provide any divorce papers? I can provide if its finalized by then.. but what if the case is still ongoing?
Kindly help...
TY in advance :)

No, it won't be enough if you get an ITA and start a PR application. You will need to either have completed the divorce (and have the papers to prove it) or be legally separated (again, with papers to prove it).

Otherwise, your spouse will be required to undergo medical and background checks as part of your application, accompanying or non-accompanying.
