Hi All,
I am in the process of applying for my PR in Canada through the AINP Employer Driven Stream (NOC 0016). There is no restrictions on my employment on the AINP nomination letter.
I received my AINP confirmation of nomination letter on 31-August-2018 and my federal PR application was submitted to IRCC on 25-October-2018. I still haven't received my confirmation letter from IRCC.
I have been asked by my employer (same employer sponsoring me) to transfer to our U.S office for a temporary period (12 months) which would mean I would transfer to U.S payroll.
Would this be an issue for my pending AINP application if I am no longer on Canadian payroll and working in the U.S for a temporary period of time?
I would be maintaining my residence and employment responsibilities in Alberta, but of course, spending more time in the U.S office.
Appreciate your feedback...
