As title of the thread, I am considering to apply to PEI PNP - business impact category and I am gathering required documents. Then come up few questions about ECA:
1. Do I need to submit ECA for this category? It's not mentioned in any PEI form, but I just want to make sure I don't miss it somewhere.
2. If PEI PNP doesn't ask for ECA, will CIC ask for it when I apply for PR?
3. I found on CIC website that ECA will be requested when apply for PR under Skill Worker stream. And CIC website said that: "Do not request that your ECA report be sent to CIC directly by the assessment agency. You must include the ECA reference number with your complete application for permanent residence."

while WES said that:
"Please add the immigration institution(s) you want your report sent to. You may only add institutions from our pre-approved list. Each institution you add will result in an additional fee of $30 plus shipping and handling.
Note: Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), formerly Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) is added by default. This is a mandatory recipient and cannot be deleted".
How should we deal with these 2 conflict requirements?
