PEI Nomination Status - Urgent Help Needed

Hi Guys,

I applied for PEI Nomination in Aug'15 and received my medicals request in Oct'15. After which as per guidelines an applicant receive the Passport stamping request in 2-3 months time but it's been almost 6 months and i haven't heard back anything.
Whenever i check my status online, it states Review of my eligibility is in progress.
I don't have any idea how to proceed, I am in deep trouble and there are some circumstances that i want to leave India ASAP with my husband.
I applied through an immigration consultant,but everytime i ask him he says me that it depends on CIC to decide when they will process. He can't do anything. I feel like quitting every time. Please let me know guys from your experience who applied in same time frame that what is the status of their applications.
Lastly, is there a way i can find out which office or Visa application center is processing my file (New Delhi or somewhere in Canada). I don't have any idea.
Also, can New Delhi Visa office provide me help on the same.

PS- All guys for PEI nominations any feedbacks and pointers will be appreciated.

The time really varies, some people are quick to get through and others are waiting for much longer. Your consultant is right that it is CIC who will process your case and no one can really tell you when it will be ready.

I checked all the functions but there is no case logged in for PEI. Can you please help.Should i add mine?
