PEBC Education evaluation for B Pharm 4 years degree

Hi All,
I have a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree (4 years) from India. I did WES ECA which gave me 4 years Canadian equivalency Bachelors. This will give me 112 points in my Express Entry CRS score.

Now I am in the process of doing PEBC document evaluation. I want to know for Bachelor in Pharmacy degree (4 years) from India evaluated by PEBC how many points does express entry CRS get? Is it 126 since its professional degree to practice in a licensed profession? or is it 112 as its a Bachelor's degree?
