PEBC acknowledgment email

Hello guys, hope this topic finds you all well..

I had my certificate translated by an official translator and sent my documents to PEBC and already got the acknowledgment email. I went to the translator yesterday to get another copy, but when I checked it I found that my name in the translated certificate has misspelling mistake. I think that when I checked it first time, my name was written correctly but I'm now in doubt. My question is, can I receive an acknowledgment email then they find that there is a mistake, or receiving an acknowledgment email means that my documents were checked for these kinds of errors and the documents are ok??

Spelling mistakes, especially in non Anglophone names are common and they are used to it. Don't worry. I had several problems with several documents from different agencies, and everything turned out fine in the end. Don't worry. Immigration agencies always have multilingual agents.

I received my acknowledgment email 2 months after they received my documents as were stated by the courier..

After how long did you receive your ECA report? Could you please tell me if you applied under NOC 3131 or under other NOC as primary occupation. And how many points did you claim for ECA from PEBC?

I received the ECA reports 10 weeks after the acknowledgment email, I applied under NOC 3131 yes.. I claimed master's points

that's really long time and how much did it take for them to send you an acknowledgement email. Mine is already 24th day since they received my application but i haven't heard from them yet.

as I told you couple of replies before, I received the acknowledgment email exactly 2 months after they received my application

oh sorry, i must have misread it. And yes, I received acknowledgement email today on the 25th day. From what you have said, I should probably wait for 8-10 weeks more for my ECA. Thank you buddy.
