I got PCC couple years back for India when I was in USA. After which I haven’t stayed in India for more than 6 months. At that time I got it for Australia PR, so Indian embassy put a line like he does not have anything that prevent him to travel anywhere including Australia Visa. Can I use this letter for Canada PR now ? I was worried it says Australia at the end. Kindly advise
