please house, I have a serious issue here concerning pcc. I have applied for PNP, my question is
1. do I need a pcc for it for I and my spouse?
2. My spouse have an unfinished court case in India concerning his papers which was issued by them and also declared fake by them. He applied to leave the country voluntarily while the case was on and did not go back. and now, we have applied for pnp and from every indication it will be successful. I took them to court over their arrest of my husband and they gave me 12 days to leave their country and black listed me for three years.
please, what should I do as India has refused to issue i and my husband any pcc.
