Hello Everyone.

I have a doubt regarding PCC for express entry. According to the rule you are required to submit PCC of any country if you have stayed 6 months or more. I have stayed in China for 3 months in 2012 and 4 months in 2013. Will it together be counted as more than 6 month stay, or does it have to be continuous?
Also can anyone guide me in getting the Chinese PCC. I have read all past threads and I have also contacted few agency. All of them have denied to help as I was on temporary work permit (F type).
Any input on this topic would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Yes you have to provide PCC from China because your stay adds up. You can read this information on how to obtain PCC from China.

Yes, your time is more than 6 months in the aggregate, so theoretically you would need a police clearance. However, with your type of work permit, you will not be able to get one, according to the more extensive information provided by the US state dept:
https://travel.state.gov/content/visas/en/fees/reciprocity-by-country/CH.html

You will need to upload a letter of explanation (in lieu of the China police clearance). Include the details of your time in china, your addresses, what you were doing, etc. If you can provide the contact info of any in-China references, that would be good, too.

Then explain your efforts to obtain the PCC and proof that you cannot get it. Include the responses from the agencies you contacted (as well as the contact information), and the information from the US State Dept website that indicates that no PCCs are available for persons with your type of visa. Include scans of your work permits/visas and entry/exit stamps in your passport.

Then request a waiver of the PCC requirement for China, or alternative instructions on how to get one given your visa type.

The most important thing is - do not simply ignore the PCC requirement (your application will be returned as incomplete). And do not simply say "I can't get one" - you need to provide proof of your efforts as well as proof of why you can't get one.

Thank you everyone for their time and reply. I will try to get as much evidence as I can to support my case as to why I was not able to submit my PCC. CIC makes it looks so easy but in reality its not.
