PCC & Work Experience

Dear Forum Members,

I need clarification on two points before I apply for PR :

Query 1:I was working on third party payroll and not on company payroll for one of my work experiences.The third party company has refused to provide me reference letter that includes all my job responsibilities and other relevant details.They can only provide me with a simple experience letter.Please advise what I need to do to include this experience while applying for PR(because as per CIC we need reference letter which contains all the job responsibilities)

Query2 :I had gone for studies to the US from 2007 to 2009. I had sent my fingerprints to the FBI last year(in october 2014) and they issued a PCC to me dated January this year(January 2015).On the PCC it does not state clearly for how long it is valid .However it does mention the following

"the result of the response is effective for the date the submission was originally completed"

I don't remember the date I entered while completing the fingerprint form although i assume it must be from 2007 to 2009(because that was the time period i was there for my studies).Please advise if this PCC will be valid if I apply for PR.If this PCC is not valid now,what are my options?How can I contact
FBI?Do I ask them for a new PCC or do i ask them to provide me with a duplicate PCC?Please advise.

Try and get a work reference letter which includes all details CIC needs in such letters signed by your colleagues, supervisor or some senior team member from that organization, get that notarized and submit it along with a politely written Letter of Explanation highlighting your efforts towards securing a reference letter and the company's refusal to issue anything more than an experience letter and request the VO to favorably assess your case.

If you've never stayed in the US for more than 6 months at a stretch after getting this PCC, it is valid indefinitely.
