PCC with after marriage name when wife had lived in that country before marriage

I just got my wife's UAE PCC. She was there before marriage and PCC has her after marriage name.Is it OK? Her current passport has after marriage name.

This is fine but she will need to provide change of name document (marrige certificate or something else that shows she is the same person).
I have 3 different last names throught my documents
