PCC Validity question CEC - Last day of 6 months.

- I received invitation in this month's draw under CEC stream

• My PCC issue date is 26th Sep 2022, on the PCC letter from India, so 6 month complete is 26th March 2023
• ITA received on March 15th
• Applied on March 25 evening
• At the time of final submission and payment, time was 11:24 PM ET
• I received payment confirmation inside portal with date time mentioned as 25 March and 11:24 ET.
• I received AOR with date 26th March, because CEC works with different time zone.

Now, is my PCC valid for that application?

1. I'm not sure if for CEC, my PCC is valid till 25th March or 26th March, as it says 6 months but there's no clear definition.
2. If it's valid till 26th March 11:59 PM, I'm good.
3. If it's valid till 25th March 11:59 PM, I'm not sure if they will consider my Time Zone or theirs.
4. I've my AOR received at 11:24 PM on 25th March, per my time zone, but letter has date 26th on it, so in case if point #3 I need to know a legal answer about validity.

If anyone, with in depth idea of this or similar experience explain the situation I'd be grateful. Reference to a source would also work for me.

got the answer. It's valid even if it's expired as long as It was issued after my last stay in the issuing country.

It's all here:

Date the certificate was issued
For the country where you currently live
The police certificate for the country where you currently live:

• must be issued no more than 6 months before the date you submit your application
• must not be expired

For any other country
For any other country, the police certificate must be issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row.

Some countries put expiry dates on their police certificates. If you have a police certificate that expired, include it. We’ll accept it if:

• it was issued after the last time you stayed there for 6 months or more in a row
• it is not for the country where you currently live

An officer may ask for a new one later on.
