PCC validity confusion

I submitted my application without PCC & my application was received by CIC on june-14..I received my PCC on Dec-14 with validity 3 months. Now its almost expired and they didnt request me to send them my PCC yet..If the PCC's 3 months validity is over, do i need to apply for new PCC or is it valid for 1 year for CIC even though i didnt send them the PCC yet?

PCC Is valid for 3 months in Bangladesh but as per CIC its valid for 1 year as far as i know

Is it valid for 1 year from the date the PCC was issued even if CIC didnt receive it yet? or valid for 1 year if CIC received it within the 3 months of PCC's validity?
