PCC validity confusion still not cleared

Hello Experts,

I went through number of threads in this website about PCC but I'm still confused about validity of PCC.

I got one PCC last year, Nov 2014 and then never went home till today.

I created express entry profile and can expect ITA in next draw so do I need to have a new PCC or the last one is valid? Some experts say that it's only valid for six months. Should I apply for new one immediately or the one which I have is valid?

If you haven't lived in that country since then, then your PCC is still valid (it expires once your move back to that country).
Unless of course, your PCC has an expiration date on it.

Even if it has an expiry date, it is still valid indefinitely till you go back and live in that country again.

Thank you very much both of you. I'm visiting India in December end so hopefully I will be able to submit my documents before that and then it won't be a problem.

I hope they won't ask me again if I submit my documents before I go to India
