as per CIC , if you stay in other country more than 6 months in a row then required PCC, i have two queries on this, experts please clarify.

Q1) 3 months later landing in USA if we go for vacation for 3 weeks( e.g India) and returned, then the PCC will be required only after vacation if we stay in USA for 6 months continuously? or vacation won't be considered as a break?

Q2) while submitting the PR application, its been 3 months stay for USA stay (other country stay), then after submitting PR process takes more than 5 months then will CIC asks for USA PCC based on that particular date or they will consider my PR application submit date only ( which is 3 months stay by that time)?

1. Currently, the rule refers to a continuous stay of 6 months. Since you have not stayed in the USA for 6 months continuously yet, the system should not ask for a USA PCC.
2. The date you submit your application (eAPR) is the "lock in" date for most requirements, including the requirement for PCCs.
3. In spite of the rules above, IRCC can and sometimes does as for PCCs anyway; this is their right. In the case of the USA, this is highly likely to happen.

Thanks for your opinion.

In this case while filling the application details(before docs) for recent residence details how it will be if I fill like 2 months USA residency, then 25 days my home country residency then after USA residency continuation, is this right way of providing the residency details by including vacation?
