PCC requirement for India for various states

Hi,
I have got letter from visa office asking for medical as well as police clearance certificate for country/state where stayed for more than 6 months since age of 18 years.
I have stayed at multiple places ( states) since that age , should i get PCC from all those places?? It will be very difficult as now I do not stay there.

Please help.

Hi Arowberry,

i am sorry , probably i did not give the full informaiton.
I am currently staying in india , particularly in Noida for last 6 years ( Uttar Pradesh). I have also stayed in Delhi for around 6 years .
Now i want to know should i get PCC from only Noida or i should get this from delhi also???

Need to know , please help.
