Hai , I am indian born in uae holding inidan passport , was working there since 2016, nowadays lives in india , since 2 years,

I received a job offer from canada so before applying for work visa , i want to know, do canada immigration needed PCC from uae? i dont have idea about this , so kindly please help me as soon as possible.

Yes you will need PCC from UAE.

If you live outside of the United Arab Emirates:
You may either apply:

1. In person if you are back in the UAE OR ask a representative (a friend, relative or colleague) in the UAE, with a power of attorney, to apply on your behalf at the police department in your emirate (see Special notes and considerations for complete list).
2. You can apply at the nearest UAE Embassy.

You or your representative must bring:

• A set of fingerprints certified by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country where you currently reside
• A copy of your passport and Emirates ID card
• One (4x6 cm) photograph
• Applicable fees

Yeah you will need PCC from UAE(apply online on Dubai Police website using your Emirates ID(even of it it is cancelled/expired) number and copy of your visa and passport, you should get it in approx 2 day by email).
This Dubai PCC will be valid for 3 months(it does not mean you have to resubmit a new one). So when you file your WP & TRV application, make sure the PCC is valid..
