Hi Guys,

I have a question in regard to PCC Police Clearance Certificate please.
I'm a CEC-Inland applicant, I obtained my PCC in Sept-2015, and my country of residence is Canada.

Question, as I flew back to my home country this year for 4 weeks. Do I need to obtain another PCC ?

As per Express Entry Document Checklist http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/intake-complete.asp

For the applicant’s current country of residence, the police certificate must have been issued no more than six months before the submission of the e-APR- Not applicable in my case (Inland Applicant)
For countries in which the applicant no longer resides, the police certificate must have been issued after last time the applicant lived in that country - So my 4 weeks of vacation doesn't count in this case ?

Thank you for your input

There is a confusing word here. it says " after last time the applicant lived in that country". Don't know why they haven't used the word "visited" instead of "lived.
For example in my case last time I lived there was Oct 2011. But last time I visited there was Nov 2013.

Totally, sigh.
They should have added Lived (lived for more than 6-month)
