PCC Question

Friends,

We are about to submit our CEC profile shortly after receiving the ECA.
Do both of us need FBI PCC? Also, I am the secondary applicant and lived in another country for 6 months and 15 days after my 18th birthday. Would I still need to get a PCC from that country as well?

You both need a FBI PCC assuming you both have lived in the States for more than 6 months since the age of 18.

Same answer applies to the other country where you lived for over 6 months.
