So confusing , Some of the person said "yes" or some of "no"
PCC is only valid for 120 days,
CIO sending the first AOR with in 90 days, and gives 120 days to submit the full DOC
then if i pass 120 days of PCC then we will apply again PCC .
Please correct, if I am Wrong?
90+120 days=210days approx(& months)
120 (PCC) -90 (Ist AOR) = only 30 days (Only One month)left to submit your all document.
So what is the correct to be send or not
It seems confusing because the rules changed as of June 26 and because the rules are a little bit different for each visa office. Therefore, everything depends on whether the CIO received your application on or before June 26 in which case the old rules apply or whether they will get it after June 26 when the new rules govern the processing.
The rules in the link I gave you only apply to applications received after June 26 to the CIO. One of the changes is that they eliminated the simplified application so you no longer have 120 days to submit the documents to your visa office. Instead you have to send everything to the CIO now from the very beginning that is listed in Appendix A (the specific visa office checklist).
To address your example: before June 26 when you used to send the documents to the visa office, the PCC had to be issued no earlier than 3 months prior to the date you submitted your application to the CIO. So you would still have the full 120 days to submit the documents to the visa office in the example you gave. However, again, this only applies if the CIO had received your application on or before June 26.
