I'm currently waiting in the Express Entry pool to receive an ITA. Meanwhile, I'm working on the preparation of documents. I've had worked in the Netherlands between February 2016 to February 2017. I would like to know the procedure for getting PCC from the Netherlands.
From the details mentioned by IRCC in the following link: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/medical-police/police-certificates/how/netherlands.html, my understanding is that I can apply for the Netherlands PCC only after I receive the ITA and the letter from IRCC. Looking for feedback to understand if there is any possibility to apply for the Netherlands PCC before I receive the ITA as I would like to submit the application as quickly as possible, once I receive the ITA.
