PCC of Spouse- USA

i received PER email last month. waiting for VO email.

I know that i need to submit PCC of USA for my wife which will take 4 months.

Can i start getting the PCC right now? or do i need to wait till VO emails me?

for getting PCC from USA- do i need any email from VO to submit to FBI (USA)? or i can apply individually?

It's not necessary for you to wait for any email from CIC. You can go ahead and request the PCC from the US. I did the same while I had applied for my PR. At the same time I also applied for the State specific PCC (apart from the FBI), just in case they requested one and submitted both to CIC.
