Hello Everyone,

For PCC from India, which address should be given as a permanent address, as I have our old house address in the passport but my parents have moved to our new own house in a different city, and I am in Canada since past 4 years?

Your permanent address in India is where you would generally put up if you were to go back to India. Basically where you would live if you were in India. You need to put your new house address and find a Police Station near that.

Perfect thanks, and I’m guessing it won’t affect anything related to the address in the passport. Nor there is any address proof required for the same?

For address proof in India, you should submit your credit card statement of your Indian credit card or if your electricity bill has your name on it or phone bill. Although I don't remember being asked to provide proof of Indian address. I remember they asked me to show proof of Canadian address.
