Guys can someone guide me as to how i eill proceed in getting the PCC starting from filling the form and so on.

If you are applying from India, login on Passport website and apply for PCC. the form is dead simple. After filling the form, you will need to take an appointment of nearest PSK and visit on your date. Then post PV, you will get PCC
