PCC from USA

Hi

I submit my document for my express entry in february. after that i submit my wife document with my file. my wife was stay in USA for 2 years. So i applied for her PCC of USA. i applied it before 10 weeks ago and CIC give me extension till 20th November 2017. But still today i did not get PCC from FBI. so now can anyone tell me what should i need to do.

Write a Letter of Explanation (LOE) and ask for another extension with evidences that you have applied in time but the FBI processing time is 12-14 weeks.
You can send an email to identity@fbi.gov to ask about the status of your application and attach their response as well to the LOE.

I woudl suggest write to FBI on identity@fbi.gov asap. Wait till the 18th or 19th of November and ensure you respond to the PCC request (follow the instructions which asked you to submit PCC, if it says email, then email, if it says use CSE webform, use that). Ensure that you attach a PDF of the response you get from the FBI email.

If you get the PCC before Nov 20th, just attached the PCC.
