PCC from USA - applying from India - advise pls

I'm rightnow in India. Prior to Canada, I was there at USA for 4 yrs. Do I need to apply for PCC from USA embassy?

Anyone applied from India? how can I go about it?

Please help.

Yes, you have to apply for PCC from USA. You should check with the US Consulate in India.

Yes, if you apply, you would need a PCC from the FBI. You apply directly to the FBI.
