Hi,

I lived in US for 4 years until 2015 and I have a FBI clearance that I obtained in 2017. However i visited US again in 2018 for only 3 weeks. I'm trying to submit my eAPR to Canada and i was wondering if I'm going to need a new FBI clearance after my 3 weeks visit. Can someone please advise?

as per pcc requirements you already have a pcc that covers your 6 month continuous stay in usa. not sure if the 3 week visit will require a new pcc as its not a 6 month duration. no harm in getting one as it only takes 3-5 days to get one.

Yes you will need a new one
This is incorrect. As long as police certificate is issued after last six months continuous stay it is ok.

However, I would just get a new one as the process only takes 1 week and eliminate any possibility, however small, of an ADR for an updated police certificate.
